Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Shipments occur during business days. During holidays and high volume periods, shipments may be delayed. A tracking number is provided with each shipment via email to the email addressed used to place your order and can be easily viewed and tracked online.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates depend on size, weight and distance of the shipment.
- Ground - 6-7 business days, Free on domestic orders $65+
- Expedited - 3-4 business days, Determined by weight and distance
- 2-Day Air - 2-3 business days, Determined by weight and distance
*FITZ Games ships via third party delivery services including FedEx, UPS, etc. While we do our best to send product out asap and have a terrific delivery record, delays caused by third party carriers may occur. FITZ Games is not responsible for shipping delays.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Orders placed will include a confirmation number and tracking number sent via email. These are typically sent within 1-2 business days of purchase.
Customs, duties, and taxes
FITZ Games is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
FITZ Games is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Your can enjoy a FITZ Games just about anywhere! We ship to most countries via third party carriers, including DHL and FedEx. International shipments may take longer to process and may take several weeks to ship. Shipping discounts and promotions do not apply to international orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Any fees, taxes, duties, import charges, etc. are the sole responsibility of the buyer. International orders may not be returned for refund, exchange and are final sale
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@fitzgames.com. Customers are responsible for return postage. A $4.95 non-refundable restocking fee applies to each item returned. This will be deducted from any eligible refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Orders
All international orders (outside the continental USA) are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Any additional fees associated with international orders, including taxes, duties, import fees, etc. are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage customers to look up those potential charges and fees before purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on our items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
